Welcome to SwiftMaid Cleaning. By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from SwiftMaid Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

SwiftMaid Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in, and move-out services. All services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. This is used to secure bookings, process deposits, and collect payment for completed services.

3. Deposits

A $55 service deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

• The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your cleaning

• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.

6. Scope of Work

Cleaning services are limited to the agreed-upon scope at the time of booking.

SwiftMaid Cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy buildup, damage, or pre-existing conditions. New messes created after service completion are not covered.

7. Re-Clean Guarantee

SwiftMaid Cleaning offers a 48-hour Re-Clean Guarantee under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion

• Clear photos must be provided at the time of the request

• Client must allow before and after photos to be taken

• Re-cleans are limited to the original scope of work

• Normal wear, new messes, or pre-existing issues are excluded

A temporary $55 authorization hold may be placed when a re-clean request is submitted. This hold is released once the re-clean is completed within the original scope.

8. Photos and Documentation

For quality assurance and guarantee purposes, SwiftMaid Cleaning may take before and after photos of serviced areas. Photos are used solely for documentation and training unless explicit permission is granted otherwise.

9. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. SwiftMaid Cleaning reserves the right to charge the card on file for outstanding balances.

10. Satisfaction and Liability

Clients must notify SwiftMaid Cleaning of any concerns within 48 hours of service. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. SwiftMaid Cleaning is fully insured.

11. Communications and SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to scheduling, service updates, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

12. Changes to Terms

SwiftMaid Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
